Returns Policy

Should a product be damaged or missing any parts or accessories at the time of delivery / collection, please notify us within 7 days of such delivery / collection by logging a return via email [email protected] or Whatsapp 0768207404 

As all online sales images there might be a slight /light change in colour, due to pictures differences ie. internet pictures vs actual item, colour differences due to lighting, camera resolutions and intensities.  If buyer want to return /exchange based on this matter the courier fee is for the buyer's account

 We are not obligated to refund any items already received by the buyer, especially when 
they decide they no longer want the item - take note buyers remorse is non refundable.  Should the seller and buyer agree on refund/return, Buyer will be liable for the return costs.  Buyer will be responsible for paying for shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund. A handling fee may also be charged
This will too fall in line with our cancelation policy whereby no orders will be reimbursed once the order has been placed and paid.
If for any reason an item is faulty or sent incorrectly ie. different size, completely different item the courier fee is for the supplier's account

We will arrange to collect the product from you. Once we have inspected the product and validated your return, we will at your choice repair / replace the product as soon as possible (if such repair is possible/ we have the same product in stock to use as a replacement) or credit your account with the purchase price of the product (or refund you if that is your preference) 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. returns of any products of which the packaging has been removed, opened or tampered with is not eligible for a return/refund

Sale items cannot be returned or refunded.

Preparing your products for a return

To ensure your request is processed as quickly as possible you are responsible for the following when returning your products;

  • package your products safely and securely for protection during transit;
  • clearly mark your return reference number on the outside of the parcel; and
  • include all accessories and parts that were sold with the product.
